Client Services
When you subscribe to any service by which we allow you to monitor the progress of your case via the Internet, we will provide you with a user name and a secure password so that only you or people authorized by you can access that information. As solicitors, we owe you a duty of confidentiality. At the end of your matter, we will retain information about your case either as a paper file or electronically. We will not, without your written consent, allow anybody else to access your information except in very limited circumstances - for example, with your agreement or where we are legally obliged to do so. We may however seek your permission to allow other professionals involved in your matter, such as estate agents or accountants, to access the information in order to help in the advancement of your matter.
Online Surveys
When you voluntarily provide us with personal information as part of any online survey (such as a client satisfaction survey or a survey on your opinions about our site), we will use it to perform various quantitative and qualitative analyses to improve client service and satisfaction.
