We very much hope that we will never put you in a position in which you suffer loss as a result of an error or fault on our part but should the worst happen you have the benefit of knowing that any loss caused by negligence will be met by our insurers.

If you have a complaint about our services

We very much hope that we never give you cause to complain. If you are a client and you are dissatisfied with the service which we are providing, you should initially write to us with details of your complaint. We will try to resolve the matter.

If we are unable to satisfactorily resolve your complaint, you have the right to refer it to the Legal Ombudsman. Details can be found in your care letter. If you have mislaid your care letter or for some reason have not received it, you can contact us to ask for the necessary information.
