Steven Kinch
Steven is SDK Law's Founder and Sole Principal has been a solicitor since 1989, practising primarily in litigation throughout his career. After qualifying he joined a long established firm with which he had articles of association (the old name for a training contract) in his home town Andover and rapidly acquired experience of and a taste for appearing in both the County Court and the Magistrates' Court where he conducted a large number of cases involving motoring offences under the AA free legal represenation scheme. It served as a useful introduction to advocacy.

During this time he became a member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel, undertook landlord and tenant litigation for a local authority and developed his experience of company commercial work after being instructed in a number of company sales and acquisitions.
Steven left his former firm to work as a sole practitioner under the name of SDK Law in July 2009 and now concentrates on commercial, property and insolvency litigation.
